By using this website or the RTD2 member portal, you agree to these terms.
The public website
Content is provided in good faith about RTD2, its projects, and how to get involved, and is updated as details are confirmed.
The member portal
Access is limited to current members and authorised officers, granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another member’s private or financial information.
- Do not submit false, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not use the forms for spam or unrelated solicitation.
User-submitted content
Members may submit posts and project content through the portal. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it. RTD2 may decline to publish, edit, or remove content that does not meet its editorial standards.
Intellectual property
The RTD2 name and marks are used under permission from the Association of Round Tables in Southern Africa / Round Table International.
No warranty and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RTD2 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, though nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
